Terrible apartments!
September 30, 2024If you don't want to get ripped off, don't move here. They add random fees to the rent every month. If you value peace and safety, don't move here. There's been two murders since I moved in, my car was stolen, the cops are here often to break up domestic disputes, it's roach infested, maintenance request take weeks to repair, and the front office rarely answers the phone or emails.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
November 21, 2023This place has been horrible to live at. They are quick to charge fees but will not be quick to fix any issues. I have a bad experience living here. They changed management but to horrible ones. They do not fix their gate after being broken for a month! So far, it's been great living at Westchase Forest.
August 1, 20222022 is my second year living in Westchase Forest as a student with no regrets. I have great neighbors that look out for each other, a friendly and neat environment to workout, an exclusive gym, swimming pools that are well cared for and suitable for recreational activities, and a lovely play arena for kids. All the office staffs are proactive, ready to listen, and attend to your needs; there has not been any time that I called in for maintenance that I didn’t get a quick response. My recent ...experience with the new estate manager is remarkable; she returns calls. All the other office staffs are so welcoming, especially Jay. they make rules as they go, lie and pocket money as they please
June 20, 2022apparently you must be sure to have a lockout incident during business hours like a responsible adult per the property manager here.how dumb does that sound? otherwise you must get a locksmith. thats not mentioned anywhere so i wanted to let yall know. then even though its not offered they will charge you $50.75 so yes they will take any money they can and pocket it.Property Manager Responded

Worst apartment complex
May 20, 2022The worst apartment complex ever, recently a tree fell on my car in the parking lot inside the apartments, they didnt respond to that when it’s clearly their fault. every month they charge us an insurance that is supposed to cover incidents like this, when I asked them to send me what the insurance covered, they never answered me again. They don’t care about their residents at all. On the other hand, last year in October they made a repair in my apartment that they never finished, today, after 7 ...months they haven’t come to paint, I reported this but clearly they only care to Attract new residents , not for the ones who live here. Honestly the worst maintenance, the worst staff Every weekend there are parties at the pool with loud music that bothers those of us who live near the pool, they don't do anything. Very poor management
February 24, 2021It's been a nightmare living in this apartment. I just can't wait to move out. Poor management, work orders takes forever to complete, no form of penalties for noise disturbances especially those on 2nd and 3rd floors. No parking space for residents. Several times, I received work order completed email without anyone coming to my apartment to fix anything. Ridiculous.Property Manager Responded

Poor Management!!!
December 2, 2017This apartment is terrible with adding unnecessary charges to your rent. I regret i renewed my lease and cant wait to move out. The new manager( African American)is very RUDE and has no idea about what management is all about. May 4, 2016I absolutely love my apt and leasing staff. It has been such a great pleasure living here. I have been here for 3 year and have not felt the need to move. My office staff as I like to claim them as my own are alway attentive and willing to help you. I enjoy them so much that, I will stop in the office to sit and chat with them if they are available. The property is always well kept and maintained. To be honest I have no complaints at all. I really enjoy that on occasions you'll find the office ...staff outside handing out breakfast!
