Mediocre at best

Manager is rarely there, maintenance is mediocre at best. We had a water leak a month after we moved in which caused the baseboard in the downstairs closet (where they accessed the water pipes) and along the wall outside the closet to discolor. They fixed the leak in the pipes and said they would be back the next day to re-paint the baseboards. We are still waiting for them to come back to paint them. They said we needed to submit another maintenance request to have them painted, which makes no ...
sense to me because it was from the water leak they fixed. Bathroom fixtures are cheap, the towel rack fell the wall and the mount for the bathroom tissue holder fell off the sink vanity the same day we moved in. And they do not have snow removal for the sidewalks, only for the parking lot.

The staff is friendly and gets back to you in a timely manner when there is a problem. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. There's plenty of parking and overall I enjoy living here!

From the day I moved in I can smell (strongly) the neighbor's cigarette smoke and weed smoke in my apartment. I notified management and their answer was to spray the furnace filter with a spray. I notified them several days later that the issue was still the same and they sent maintenance out to do the same only now they sprayed down the vents. Notified them a week later that the problem still exists. They said they would contact the head office to bear with them. It took over a week for them to ...

And was told that there is nothing they can do because it is not a non-smoking apartment complex and they can not control what the tenants do in their apartments. I don't care what my neighbor does but I should not be subjected to smell what they do. I don't care if they make noise but I should not have to worry if my clothes smell like cigarette smoke or weed! DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you smoke, of course!!

I was interested in this place. The apartments seemed nice but the staff are not. My daughter’s childcare provided lives there and there is never a blank space to park. So rather than park in someone one’s assigned space, she parks in front of the dumpster, (and when I say park, I mean she leaves the car running and takes the baby inside, or leaves the car running and goes and gets the baby. Never longer than 3 minutes) out of everyone’s way. A lady on staff stopped her today and rudely told her ...
she wasn’t allowed to do that, she needed to park all the way over on the street. Sit in front of the dumpster for 3 minutes and walk the minute walk to drop the baby off, or park on the street and have your 9 week old in the winter air for a five minute walk? Nice human to human compassion, Lady. I shredded my application for this joke of a place. Next time you see a young momma with a car seat in hand juggling a diaper bag and bottle bag in the other, try to unfreeze that heart.
