New Happy Tenant
August 1, 2024I have to say, reading the reviews I was hesitated in coming to live here. But honestly all that changed when I sat down and meet with Sarah the manager , Cynthia the leasing consultant and my absolute favorite people are the Maintenance team Joaquin, Douglas, Hugo, and Jordan. these men went above in behind in their customer services. They all did. The place is under new management and you can tell that they are doing their best in trying and making things right. Mice. Awful management.
May 24, 2022Absolutely the worst housing experience of my life. Where to start? The day I moved in, our locks were janky and the key got stuck in the door. This caused us to call a locksmith. Red flag number one. Then came the mice. Not one mouse. Mice. You will find mouse poop on your furniture, your stove and your belongings. We caught 12-15 and saw even more. Throughout the entire year. We kept all our food in boxes for months. 2 months the first time, 3 months the second time. We bought our own traps. We ...did actually everything possible to get rid of them. It was a structural problem. There were massive holes throughout the entire 2 bedroom. We alerted management and they “fixed” them several times but they never actually patched all the holes. I sent over 35 emails to management over the year to fix the problem once and for all… it didn’t work. On top of all this, our bathtub was always clogged. Turns out, also a structural issue. They said they would have to guy the pipes to actually fix it so we basically just had to deal with it. Their maintenance people would only come for 5 minutes max every time. We called the county on them due to the unsafe living conditions. An agent came and forced them to fix it and after they “fixed” it - I found another hole myself. Now they are trying to charge me for the kitchen counter top and their was actually nothing wrong with it… this place is AWFUL!!! Honestly, they owe me pet rent for the unwanted rodents. Bad management and dangerous community
October 11, 2020Office never andwers phone calls or emails. A man was shot and killed and a few weeks later shots were fired. Complaints are not follow through regarding disturbances from drunk people. Almost every weekend you will heard men gathered in the parking lot drinking with loud music past midnight and nothing gets addressed. Security and safety is not a priority there. Maintanance almost non- existent. Requests are not answered on time. Go live somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Poor Service
August 8, 2020The management was nice at first prior to covid. After they changed member at the office and when the pandemic started it was hard to get in touch with them. They shut their offices to tenants and never responded to emails. We had started experiencing bad service when there was a leak on th AC unit to a point that it spreaded in the living rooms carpet. It took them forever to respond to the issue and it was hard to get in touch with someone at the office. We had to leave and not continue our ...lease cause of the poor feedback. They even charge me $250 for not giving them ample time to vacate the unit while they never answe emails nor calls and the doors are covered so that no one can see anyone inside. AVOID this apartments as issues will rise and you will be left on your own after signing that lease.Property Manager Responded

Of Mice and Maintenance
August 20, 2019The only positive thing I can say about this complex is that it is are affordable for their size. Rooms are spacious and ceilings are high. Washer and dryer in unit is great. The apartment units are not kept very well from resident to resident. When we first got the unit it appears new. We did have new carpeting, however a cheap paint is being used to cover old paint. It has been a little under one year and the paint is peeling, reveling old dirty pain underneath, including in the bathtub. The ...vents get painted over as well and it makes it difficult for the AC system to cool the unit. The central AC is inconsistent from one room to another. Neither room cools down to the set temperature, but one room doesn't cool at all. A waste of our electric bill if we are running the AC but the unit remains warm and stuffy in the bedrooms. Throughout our time here we have had issues with the office staff and maintenance. In person and in the office (when they are available) they are friendly and attentive but are slow or unresponsive to resident communication. We leave voice mails with no follow up from the office staff. In their defense there are only three of them, but when the fire alarm has been beeping due to low battery for 3 days and nights communication becomes important. We just found out that we have mice coming in and out of the apartment. We have submitted a maintenance request about this and have called the office and left them messages about this but again no response. Maintenance is horrible. Maintenance requests sit in their box for weeks at a time before they follow up, if they follow up. We submitted a maintenance request for a broken dryer. 3 weeks later we got an email saying it was completed, but no one ever came to look at the dryer. We submitted it again and 2 weeks later it was fixed, and only because someone from the state was doing inspections that day and they ordered them to do so same day. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and after another 3 weeks maintenance came in to 'fix' it. We were left with a newly installed toilet paper holder AND a new hole in the wall where the old holder was. They never came back to fix it and it's been about a month since we submitted that maintenance request with no follow up.Property Manager Responded
