Overall, management practices are disorganized and inefficient. The upkeep and safety of tenets are disappointing. The first two months of being here my vehicle was stolen then when you thought it was over 10 cars that belonged to the tenants including mine got their windows smashed in. When the other tenants and I attempted to address these concerns directly with the management the responses were unsatisfactory the property lacks lights they have no cameras and no security during the night to ...

We have been here now a little over a year. The place is really cute, and it's nice to walk around and see all the trees, and the people are nice. Management and the maintenance man have been really and fixed things when we asked. This place is a on the older side, but really cute and the rooms are big enough. We love our large patio. So far, we have really enjoyed our time here.

"Luxury" outside BUT NOT INSIDE

1st off, all good reviews are 2021.. I lived here 2021-2023, management changed often because they couldn't keep anyone working here long enough, so think about that.
2nd, INSIDE the unit, anything with hinges creaked or needed replacement & the air filters are next to useless & if YOU don't clean it yourself, the dust from the area gets trapped on your DATED POPCORN CEILING.
The countertops and sinks are dingy/stained & labeled INCORRECTLY. The unit I lived in had handles where the cold was ...
right but the water coming out would be hot & vice versa.
Lastly, it's not as quiet as it appears. There are homeless people roaming & multiple cars have BEEN BROKEN INTO. & management doesn't care to help. So called security is only there if they are called.
IF YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL WITH "cheap" RENT, YOU'RE NOT.

It’s taken a long time for me get an apartment here. As soon as one is on the market, its gone! It was very frustrating. Luckily, Lily was kind of enough to keep me informed after the previous property manager had lost my contact information. She is very kind and helpful and made this transition stress free especially since i was already upset that I had been calling for the longest time for an opening. It has been roughly two years now living here and it has been everything I’ve been looking ...

I love my kitchen space and enjoy the format; my “bedroom” area is designed as if it was a separate room which makes it feel bigger. I have lived in the Westcourte Apartments for over two years and they are well maintained and safe. The manager, Lily, takes care of everything. She is pleasant to deal with, yet business enough to get the job done. I loved this place and the neighbors. It could not have been a nicer environment.
