August 31, 2024It’s honestly the best apartment I’ve stayed in at an affordable price here in TN. The amenities are decent. The staff is forthcoming and caring. Great apartments on all counts
November 14, 2022Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex. It is close to everything in Nashville. It has a fence so it feels safe. We never had any problems with neighbors. The office staff were always helpful, polite, and they responded in a timely manner. We never had any problem with appliances or fixtures. We lived here for 2 years.Property Manager Responded

Above and beyond apartment complex :-)
April 27, 2020I moved to Nashville in early February and Laura and Ronesha have been the best, sweetest and most genuine property managers I've ever met. They really make this place a great apartment complex to live in, from the contests to the emails checking up on us. Even during the governor's stay at home order and financial difficulties, they have worked with me and made me grateful that I've found this place. On top of that, whenever there is a problem with my apartment, the work order is dispatched ...right away and the problem is always fixed within that same hour! Amazing. Location wise, this place is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Nashville West and pretty much anything you could want, from car repair shops, to liquor stores, to furniture stores. Really a hidden gem here and I really don't see myself leaving anytime soon. At all. Thank you Ronesha and Laura, I know people say thank you all the time but I just wanted to add to the list. Best Apartments in Nashville!
February 12, 2020I have lived at Western Hills Apartments for almost 3 years now and this has by far been the best renting experience I've ever had. The management, office workers, and maintenance staff have always been so helpful and kind and are all very communicative with the residents. Any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved the same day or within an appropriate time frame. Great apartment, great location
February 11, 2020I moved Nashville to start work at Amazon. I knew nothing about the different areas of town except that West Nashville is convenient to get downtown and much more reasonably priced. The warm reception I received from the Western Hills staff gave me reassurance that I was making the right choice for my home. Rude Employee

February 10, 2020I am racking my brain trying to figure out who this could possibly be. We try to always be professional and courteous. The date lines up with a visit from a previous resident. The former resident brought in someone to get an apartment multiple times and called multiple times over the course of several weeks. From the time they started calling until the last time they came to the property we no longer had anything available in their time frame. So it seems to me, because we told them there was nothing else available that makes us rude. If whomever wrote this would please contact Laura @ 615-356-8900 I would like to hear from you and get more details.
