Security Deposit - Equivalent to 1 months rent Pet Friendly - $300 (pets under 25 lbs) and $500 (pets 25+ lbs) pet deposit There are 2 laundry rooms with several w/d machines on the second and third floors of the building. Parking - There are 2 tandem parking spots (for each unit) available in our covered and gated parking garage. Utilities - Residents are expected to pay the pro-rated share of water, sewer, and trash. Residents will pay for electricity and gas which are separately metered.

It's only temporary
October 11, 2015It became too expensive to live alone, ideal for myself. Began to search for something still reasonable in cost and being a decent roommate situation. The appliances aren't modern and prefer hardwood floor.Review from Apartments.com
