Getting worse
May 1, 2024Westgate Arms in Methuen, MA has been getting worse with time. It is becoming more like a prison. You cannot have decorations on YOUR OWN door. It is nearly impossible to get in contact or get a call back from the property. We do not have doorbells. Packages are stolen regularly, and they refuse to put up security cameras.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Property Management
October 10, 2021Good luck getting a hold of property management or maintenance on the phone. I only ever reach someone on the emergency maintenance line. Lower level hallway flooded 6 months ago, took them over a week to come out to fix it and there is still a hole cut into the wall where the "fix" was. It started leaking again this week! Laundry room is dirty and the machines are unreliable - this is also not property management's concern as they do not control the machines. A call must be placed to a ...third-party company that will then - maybe - be out to fix in 7-14 days. The machines will then break down once more 2 days later. Do not have ANYTHING shipped here, it will be stolen. Neighbors are loud (screaming children @ 11pm) and disrespectful (Blasting music in the parking lot @ 3:30am). Management does nothing.
