  • Awful management

    October 20, 2020
    Where to start? I've called over 6 times over 5 months to get my shower fixed but that's apparently not a priority for maintenance. On top of that, my car has been broken into in my parking space. And now the cherry on top, they decide to raise rent 50$ during the height of a pandemic. Run don't walk away from these horrible horrible apartments.

    There are no stainless steel appliances There’s no pool Property management is slow to make repairs Garbage collection is a problem (overflowing) Rent steadily increasing with no improvements No parking for guests Difficult to pay rent when no concerns addressed in a timely fashion.
