worse apartment ever

September 30, 2022The worst apartments ever my ac was broke for almost 2 months and they keep saying pest control will come out and they never do the gates are always broke trash is always over full loud disrespectful people the people that work in the office don’t care and are rude especially Andy they don’t care about the tenants here at all always bugs all in the apartments ants spiders you name it the mail man keeps putting our mail in the wrong mailbox everytime the pools are always nasty and smells really ...bad the water smells muggy and smells disgusting the paint job is horrible the carpet lifts and as bumps in it there are patched up spots all around the ceilings there’s a water bubble in the ceiling in the corner of our bath tub the cabinets is cardboard painted over I mean it’s the worst place to liveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Love this place.
March 2, 2019My husband and I have been living in this place for more than a year now. This is our "sweet home" in Texas. We are very happy with our 1 bedroom unit - clean and very comfortable. We never had a problem with bugs. We have nice neighbors next-door and downstairs. The place is peaceful and the office staff are very nice and accommodating especially Veronica. We'd love to stay longer but we have to move out soon because of my job which is way up north. I wish we can take Westmount Summercove with ...us. :-)Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2018This is the worst Apartment complex I have ever seen. The management is is unprofessional, disconnected and uncaring of their tenants. The AC has been broken since I lived there. They won't give me a break on rent even though it was 94F in my apartment and I couldn't stay there for several days in a row. Lousy communication from management and when brought to Westmounts attention of how they were treating me while pregnant, they backed them up 100%. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

they don't care
April 21, 2018they only care about the rent. maintenance is poor. they know only to make workorder and email it to you. next day, you will get email stating that the work is done regardless of the work done or not. no clean up after the residents pet. management doesn't cares about it.Property Manager Responded

My Texas home
June 28, 2017This is the apartment I stayed when I arrived in Texas. I was amazed at how the leasing staff took exceptional care of me, kudos to Mr Arvis!!! He was very polite, friendly and accommodating and when I saw the place I didn't think twice at looking for another apartment. I settled in this place which is quiet, clean with a lot of amenities and most of all secure, and every time I needed help for anything Mr Arvis was always willing to oblige. Unfortunately I have to move out so soon because of my ...job, but I would not hesitate to live here once more if given the chance. This is definitely the place to stay around the Houston-Webster area!Property Manager Responded

becoming unbearable
June 4, 2017RATS! Over 4 months now there have been rats and they don't hide. They run right out. Maintenance is nonexistent. For over a year i call weekly or every other week. Repairs average approx 7 days. My kitchen floor and carpets are always soaked with water. U call the emergency number for water pouring in from ur ceiling and told someone will be there. They never show. The office guy on weekends is NO HELP. When u call he says he cant help u. If u ask a question he says he dont know. Always says to ...call back on Monday. Cant talk to manager. When u call they are not kn. If u go in and ask for manager u get told they are showing an apartment. 2 times i have talked to her because i stayed and refused to leave until i talked to her.
