Awful Complex
February 8, 2021Living here felt like staying in a college dorm, there’s no courtyard or exercise facility. The quality of the apartments are awful too, it’s always freezing cold and the appliances aren’t great either and maintenance is no help. The lady in the office is very rude and talked down to me like I was a toddler whenever I would call or go in with a question.Review from Apartments.com
Freezing Cold
January 18, 2020They advertise FREE HEAT, what I didn't know is they control it and when they have it on it's set to only 72° so when it's really cold out it doesn't get warm at all. I woke up today (1-18-2020) and my thermostat said 61°. I was told if I'm cold to run a space heater because that's what she does by the mgr. I have neen running a heater all day at times; which is running up my electric bill to a ridiculous amount. I know someone staying in a "free heat" apt in the same city and it is actually free ...and they can turn it up or down to what they want with no set temp. I usually walk around in sweat pants, a hoodie and a blanket with me everywhere. I wish I would've known this beforehand. Waiting for the real thing
July 21, 2015Comfortable, yet safe. The common areas here too are well kept up but this is not where I would like to stay for an indefinite period of time. There are no facilities for exercise equipment or courtyard. This place is only for boarding and that is about it. I can say it is very quiet.Review from Apartments.com
