AVOID!!!

New Update: April 2024-Another wonderful day at Westlink Apartments!! For this past week they have had over half of the parking lot/entrances closed so they can fix the asphalt. So happy for that! Maybe next time make sure you leave enough space for everyone to park on the premises instead of having to park in the shopping center next door. Everyone needs to avoid this place. I can’t tell you if another complex will be better but it can’t be any worse than this. Management does not communicate ...

Feb 2024-This place is great! They truly care about their tenants. So much so that they decide to renovate the buildings before 10 am on a Saturday. Sure do love the hum of a power washer motor and hammers banging!!

Pretty Great First-Time Apartment

There are a ton of positives here! My apartment is very nice and reasonably modern. Great cost for what you get. Also, the office workers are INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful. I ask them for help / favors pretty regularly, and they always seem very happy to assist. Easy parking, quiet and safe area. Truly, it's almost always a wonderful experience.
The only problems I've ever really had have come from the corporate side of things. Twice, my A/C has gone out, and (as I understand it) the ...
corporate office has been reluctant to approve new units to be installed or hire additional maintenance workers. At one point, my A/C was out for over 3 weeks (although I was provided a window unit which helped a bit). Even though those weeks were pretty awful, the office workers and maintenance crew were always quick to respond when contacted.
When all is said and done, I would recommend living here. Over two years, I've had maybe two negative experiences, but that doesn't even come close to outweighing all the positive ones.

I have lived at Westlink Village apartments for over 2 years. The first summer I was here my air conditioner broke. In previous rental places I lived, it took forever for things like that to get fixed. One summer in one townhouse....2 months no air conditioning with kids! I called (it was at night) with the intention of leaving a message for the next day...but 20 minutes later the maintenance guys showed up to check it out....I was surprised! And then, within 24 hours, my children and I had ...
air conditioning again. Maintenance resolves problems quickly here and they are always friendly. The air is casual, and people in this complex are very friendly. I feel safe having my family here. And I love that they welcome our cat children. Highly recommended! :)

Westlink Apartments is the first apartment complex I've ever lived in, and it has been a great experience! Everyone here is so nice, maintenance is incredible, super safe/secluded neighborhood. My aunt lived here in the 90's and said the exact same things. Westlink is doing it right!!!!

Excellent location and the nicest most efficient management and staff! It was a real pleasure staying where you feel appreciated. Management takes the time to learn who their residents are as people - not just tenants. I had one maintenance issue last summer when my AC wasn't keeping me cool - they responded that same day and made the repair. I can't say enough good things about these apartments. Lease here you won't regret it. All of my neighbors are supper nice too! Sad that I am leaving ...

Not as much personal contact now with management, however, I do appreciate the convenience of paying rent, signing contract renewals & submitting repair requests online.

I loved living here. It was my first experience moving away from home and it has been a joy. Be cautious on your usage during the summer months on anything electric, the bills run a little high. Other than that, the bills are average. It was nice having a washer and dryer in unit, that can be a challenge to find. The bigger units are nice because they have fireplaces, they are very convenient in the winter months. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help with anything you need.

I currently live here and our AC has gone out 3 times in the last 4 months. No matter the temperature we set it at, it reaches 90 degrees inside on hot days. The office ladies refuses to fix the issues and/or listen. The maintenance men have “fixed” the problems only for the AC to quit within the week.

I currently live here and I've complained several times about people that live in my building smoking weed that smell disrupts my sleep and causes me migraines and allergies. Management refuses to do anything about it your better off living elsewhere.
