Westman Mill Apartment homes are located on the old site of the first worker-owned cooperative plywood factory in Olympia comprised by Ed Westman in 1921. The investor-workforce plywood engineers set up shop and flourished into the 1950’s. This location now produced 87 apartment homes total. The main building has 75 units including studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. The two 2 additional buildings on the site are set for construction in 2021 which will include 12- 3bedrooms townhomes for rent. The views are unmistakably some of the best in this neighborhood of downtown. Southeast facing units have a view of downtown and the Capitol Dome, while the Northeast facing units have a view of Swantown Marina.
