April 22, 2025I have been a resident here for approximately three years, and I can confidently say that my experience has significantly improved over time. During my first years under the previous management, the overall quality of living left much to be desired. However, once the property transitioned to new management, there was a noticeable and positive shift. The current staff members are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. They are dedicated to ensuring that ...everyone feels supported and valued, and they consistently strive to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the improvements in service and community atmosphere make it worthwhile. March 30, 2025Bad service and then on parking area someone take my work equipment and then when I spoke to him personally from the office they told me that they would not be responsible and that they do not have cameras but that more robberies had already been reported and that is a complex of houses. I made a contract for a year, I won't renew it again. When I received my apartment it was dirty and infested with cockroaches, the oven doesn't work, the dishwasher doesn't work either, terrible service. October 21, 2024Everything is always great at Estancia. The grounds are always kept nice. Staff is excellent. It is a great location and there are lots of fun things to do. There are weekly food trucks that you can use in case you just don’t want to cook.Property Manager Responded
