This property is horribly mismanaged and suffering heavily due to the homeless crisis.
There’s car break ins, package theft (in the secure package room.. somehow), homeless bathing in the hot tub, and a general feeling that there’s non-tenants coming and going into the building.
There’s maintenance issues like no hot water, leaking or broken hvac, broken laundry units, broken doors… none of which get fixed without weeks of hassling management.
On top of that, management apparently hits ...
everyone with maximum rent increases, runs the rent up with excessive utility reimbursements, and refuses to compensate for all the problems.
Stay away unless you enjoy being taken advantage of as the previous twice also showed.
