August 4, 2022Within my first month here a man got shot right outside my window. The management and staff is horrible to work with. The lady's in the office are rude! The only nice people are the maintenance workers. They over charged my for things that was damaged prior to me moving in. They're in it for the money. People always leave their clothes in the shared washer and drying for the apartment. It's 8 units per building with shared washer and dryer. THEY DONT SHOVEL WHEN IT SNOWS. I had to purchase a ...shovel and I had to shovel the entrance/exit to the apartment because it was a safety hazard. Small but good
January 6, 2019I’ve been here for about 4 months now. The ladies in the leasing office have been great. They are pleasant and sweet every time I see them. As for the apartment itself, it is super small. I live here alone with a bunny and it’s been great. The living room is pretty spacious. The bedroom is quite spacious for the size but the kitchen is literally as big as my armspan on a single wall. If you like to cook, maybe not for you. I’m actually super impressed with how much storage space this place has. ...The linen closet is preshelved and quite large. Big windows. The AC is a unit mounted to the wall in the living room which means if you like to sleep hot, you’re golden. It’s great for what I pay and it’s definitely a good size for what I was looking for.
