Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas, sewer, refuse, and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Westwind II Apartments Albertville
August 12, 2015DO NOT RENT HERE! I have lived here only a year and it has been terrible. They do not properly maintain the property from pests or elements. The staff has broken contract more than once by entering my apartment at free will without any notice, when they are supposed to give you 24 hours. In order to receive your security deposit back, you have to follow the end lease rules of giving 2 months notice of vacating when ll other apartments/rental homes only go on the market a month in advance which ...makes you either have to tell them in hopes there will be something by the time you said you would vacate for you to move to, or you have to rent 2 places out at once which is impossible this trapping you in the contract with them. I have had fights with them about the heat being turned on since it is included in rent and they told me to put sweaters on my children instead of fixing it. They are not afraid to step on tenants toes when we are the ones who put good in their mouths. Terrible management. Terrible apartments not comfortable to live in with no heat until mid-winter, spring to winter is bad from bugs since they will not spray the inside of the building for spiders and crickets. Washing machines are almost always out, and one dryer caught my clothes on fire for which I was never reimbursed. Wish I went to a homeless shelter instead of paying for a fancy cardboard box. August 9, 2015Can't say enough good things about where we live!! The management team is always helpful! They keep the buildings up very well and are very timely with maintenance requests. That free cable....
July 25, 2015My current apartment is the perfect size for someone living alone or 2 people. In New York City it would go for roughly 2500.00 a month just got the sq footage. I have a bedroom plus den. I think the rent is low considering they include utilities in your rent... Did i mention free cable too? They take care of this property and they are very affordable.
