Going down hill
January 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey've been through multiple maintenance employees in a year. Requests are going unacknowledged. They're lying about completing requests (I have proof). There's a tenet whose cats have urinated enough in their apartment that the smell seeps into the hallway. The windows all leak air like a funnel. They change management every year or so. On a positive note, they replaced the roof on all three buildings and did a minor parking lot resurfacing. I won't be renewing the lease.Property Manager Responded

Between missing packages, pool out of order for a year, and the constant smell of weed we were ready for a move. We were not impressed with the change of management, new manager is a bit rude.

This apartment is a great first apartment. May seem a little from the outside compared to most WDM apartments, but is not bad at all. Property manager and his wife are very nice and actually care. Only downside is that my building was right next to the e-way. Luckily there's basically two "layers" of window, so you can't hear anything when both of them are ...closed.
