This property is always well maintained and family friendly! Marty does a great job managing the property. Very comfortable and homley feel. Good parking options also.

About Westwood Garden Apartments
Westwood Garden is our newest acquired complex. It is located in the city of Arcata, tucked at the edge of a vast grassy plain, within walking distance of Cal Poly Humboldt! Murphy's Market is a short walk away in this quiet residential area and there is a large play area for children at our small community. Schools are nearby as well as a good cup of coffee. The construction back at the complex is NEW! We have first-floor units which have been newly remodeled, featuring a walk-in shower! Apartments all have standard appliances. Water and garbage are paid. Westwood Garden has on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Lease terms are one year. Pets are allowed in our apartments for an additional $75/month.
