July 12, 2022I lived at Westwood Villa this year and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The price point is great compared to others in the area and the staff is amazing. Convenient West side Location, On-site Mgmt and Maint
May 26, 2021Westwood Villa is in a great location on the west side. I loved that it was close to Culver City and Sawtelle for the restaurants and you have Venice and Santa Monica close too. My partner studied at UCLA while we lived here and her commute was easy and consistent. Maintenance guy Demetrius is the best, respectful, efficient and very friendly. On-site mgmt was around 9-6 daily and always around to answer questions. Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment!
February 20, 2021I've been living here since 2019 and loving it. Pros: -central location and very walkable (several grocery stores short walk away, 24hr CVS, a few food spots, starbucks etc) -very spacious units with a lot of storage space (extra storage space in the building available for rent) -assigned gated parking (lately they added EV chargers) -free online payments and easy online maintenance requests (they're also super fast to tackle any issues that may arise) -friendly neighbors! (a lot of tech ...industry folks here, myself included :)) Cons: -it's not cheap (but the amount of space and location is worth it) -pool is heated during summer but not winter months. February 19, 2021For the money you pay this property is great! I do not compare to expensive new buildings but only to other similar properties that I have looked at. The entire management is all online and they have an app you can download to pay rent and make maintenance requests which makes it very easy. They also have a PayRange app for laundry so you don't need any quarters and it alerts you when laundry is done. This is very helpful! Management has invested money into a complete Key-Fob Access Control ...System. They have a intercom system at the front that allows you see your visitors who call you for access before you let them in. They have many security cameras around the building and there is lots of lighting. They just installed car chargers in the garage and I am told they will have 40 of them in total when finished. The location is convenient for getting on the 405 or 10 freeway and you can walk to the metro station to get to Culver City, DTLA or Santa Monica (the beach!).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
