Think Twice Before Renting at Wetherly Hills Apartments
March 12, 2026I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting at Wetherly Hills Apartments think very carefully before signing a lease here. Our family’s experience was extremely frustrating. From the beginning of the tenancy, the unit had ongoing maintenance problems including recurring leaks during rain, electrical instability with lights flickering and breakers tripping, and fixtures that repeatedly came loose or detached from the walls. Some of these issues required multiple repair visits and still ...continued to occur. Communication with management (Justin and Andi) was equally disappointing. Instead of focusing on diagnosing and resolving the underlying problems, interactions often felt dismissive and unprofessional. The situation eventually escalated into a serious dispute involving our elderly parents-in-law, which is now being reviewed with legal counsel. Because of that, we cannot discuss all the details publicly. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here.
