Wexford Apartments are a horrible place to live and only live here as a last resort. These are old apartments that they try to slap paint on and make it look okay, but they are pretty bad once inside. Random people always hanging out in the parking lot, smoking, leaving trash, and shooting dice. Had to call the police quite a few times to disperse large groups of people. Walls are paper thin, and with the units being so old with cracks, bugs creep in all the time. Management is a joke, rude, and ...
never answer the phone. Old stove, old cabinets, old fixtures, old A/C unit, and no community engagement. Neighbors barely speak, but you hear them all the time walking up and down stairs and hanging in the breezeways. Neighbors leave trashbags out in the breezeways attracting all kinds of rodents, roaches, and insects. It was a nightmare the time I stayed there and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do you self a favor, pay $50-$100 more and have peace of mind with newer amenities and safety, you will thank yourself later.

I love my apartment Its quiet the neighbors are nice and the rent office people are so nice. I'm a single mother with a 1 year old daughter and it gets tough sometimes but I make it happen.. Being able to come home to our own little comfortable place after a hard day at work makes everything better and relaxing. I'm really considering renewing my lease next year when the time comes. These are the best yet and I love my place.
