This apartment place was okay for 5 years, despite the windows being drafty, running your electricity bill up, it was okay. Out of nowhere I received a notice to not continue my lease at all. It was for no reason but they weren’t offering the month to month lease any longer. I was caught off guard completely but after talking to management (Lindsey) she assured me I wasn’t being evicted, management just didn’t wish to continue my lease. ...notice 30 days prior before turning in my keys and went downhill from there. 3 months later I get the run around about receiving my security deposit receiving attitude from the manager the entire process. After receiving my check, I go forward with looking for a new apartment and after everything else goes through they tell me I’m denied because of my previous apartment residence. I paid my rent on time, rarely had company, vacationed often so I was in and out being a good tenant overall. Not perfect but good, only for them to put an evictions on my name when that’s incorrect. Now trying to contact management via phone and text, I get no response. Basically, move in at your own risk, good thing I kept documentation of everything because they’re surely going to have to explain this to me because it doesn’t add it. Keep all documentation and text messages.
