Terrible Stay

From the moment I was very unsatisfied. Very unprofessional. There were roaches everyday and everywhere, from the kitchen, counter, refrigerator and throughout the apartment. Also there were outdoor bugs that would come (lizards; water bugs). Air conditioning would go in and out. The complex is very dark at night. Not well put together. The washers and dryers mostly doesn’t work. Very terrible. Broken appliances as well .

Nice Property but....

This is a nice property. I have stayed here for the last 3 years. The property was ran by a young guy who was very good and proactive. Tell him something he would get it done. When he left the new women just don't know have an idea about helping us tenants. Seems to me there has been a change for the worse. I'll be moving unless the women can maker and my family feel like they care like the guy Manager did.

Roaches, Stray Cats, and Roaches

I've been living here for almost a year and I have killed roaches probably every other week! Sure they have someone come and spray but obviously they're not doing it correctly. A couple of days or so after I moved in, I walked into my kitchen. Before even turning the light on, I saw three big things crawling, one on the wall, one on the counter, and one on the stove. When I turned the light on, guess what , three big cockroaches. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can move out. There are ...

also a lot of stray cats, especially around the dumpsters. Someone keeps leaving cat food out there for them. I'm so over this apartment complex. Do not move here!!! Unless, you're okay to live with roaches and disgusting cats!

I have lived here for over 4 years and i truly enjoy it. My major problem has been my hot water heater, the element goes out almost every three months and my downstairs toilet which runs or overflows around the same time. You may have an occasional loud neighbor mostly college students but other than those small problems its a great place in a good location.
