I love it here! I have been a resident for over 5 years. My neighbors are friendly and management is caring, attentive, responsive and always here for me. The pool is available 6 out of 7 days (cleaning on Mondays) and the laundry room has new washers and dryers. If you are looking for a place in the Cultural District I recommend you call the leasing office and make an appointment.

Honestly this place sucks, the customer service is horrible and the property is dirty. It is over priced for what they offer to be honest. I am stuck or I would have left as soon as I came in.

The Whisper Winds is a good place to start over. If you've had upheaval and need a place to land, a caring and flexible property manager, and a central location in the cultural district that's affordable, small, usually quiet, and close to public transit, shopping, museums and more? This is it!
