September 3, 2024I love it here! I have been a resident for over 5 years. My neighbors are friendly and management is caring, attentive, responsive and always here for me. The pool is available 6 out of 7 days (cleaning on Mondays) and the laundry room has new washers and dryers. If you are looking for a place in the Cultural District I recommend you call the leasing office and make an appointment.Review from Apartments.com

Good place to begin again...
July 31, 2015The Whisper Winds is a good place to start over. If you've had upheaval and need a place to land, a caring and flexible property manager, and a central location in the cultural district that's affordable, small, usually quiet, and close to public transit, shopping, museums and more? This is it! It is a small comm7nity, lovely all inner courtyard structure and landscaping. 1 and 2 bed apartments that are all being refurbished with each new tennant, responsive and timely maintenance.
