Please excuse our mess while these exciting changes are taking place! Pets: One or two adults pets (under 25 lbs) with pet app fee of $20, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat.
