August 22, 2025Community is beautiful and quiet. The apartments are a great size. It’s in a convenient location. Property is kept clean. Appliance in the apartment does not work and maintenance is not timely in effectively resolving issues. Poor communication with maintenance issues. I do worry I am being disregarded but it’s too early tell. Could be easily cleared with effective communication. Office staff is very welcoming attentive and knowledgeable. Maintenance staff super polite and professional. So far ...pretty good!Property Manager Responded
