Beware of this Management Company
July 11, 2024Signed a lease. Paid the deposit. Given a move-in date. Literally hours before moving in, we received a call that the apartment is no longer available. (The previous tenant decided to stay.) Of course the management offered other apartments—all of which were much higher in rent. We talked to their upper management person who screamed on the phone that “this was not their fault.” In hindsight, it was good it ended this way. The management will NOT work with you and lacks any professional or ...customer service skills. They did return the deposit promptly, but only because they were in breach of contract. Wish this could be lower
May 28, 2021There's many reasons why I am giving this apartment a 1 star rating. The two main reasons are 1). poor timing on maintenance issues. I've even had the situation where I had to put in the same request 4 times because the requests were inappropriately marked "completed". 2. Within 8 months I've had multiple thefts with my property, including my car being broken into twice and a package being stolen off of the porch as well as my neighbors motorcycle being stolen. Renovated apartment with convenient location.
July 26, 2015My husband and I have lived at Whitehall Apartments for close to 2 years now and we have very much enjoyed our time here. Our townhouse is completely renovated, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful if we ever have an issue, which has been rare. We love living at Whitehall and would recommend this property to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
