We moved here in Mid-February and it instantly felt like home. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Lots of closet space and large rooms. The property owner, property manager and all the maintenance guys are so friendly and helpful. We had a few things that needed to be replaced after we moved in, the maintenance guys were quick and efficient and didn't leave a mess. ...Everyone one that we've met are friendly in the building and its so quite. central Heat/AC, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, in-unit laundry, balcony and large rooms are some of the best features. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice quiet affordable place to call home. We are so glad we found this place!Read More

Our calls are returned the same day! Units are spacious, clean, beautiful. location is awesome! Offsite manager is professional and provides excellent service! I recommend that all my family and friends join us here! Appliances are top notch, Especially washer and dryer located in each unit and what a clever use of space!!! August 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI had lived here in the early 90's and liked them then. the bedrooms are large and 2 full size bathrooms. full size washer/dryer in each unit. underground parking. private storage unit in basement where you park. secured building. intercom system in each unit.

August 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comGreat neighborhood, walking distance to practically all you need, safe, and away from major roads while within 2 miles of the freeway. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air, underground parking, washer and dryer in unit for under $1,000 a month in Lake Country! Really have no complaints other than small fix-it needs, like deck railing repairs that I'm sure will be taken care of.
