June 1, 2018What a great place to live! Nice little community tucked in a quite neighborhood just off the main road into Oconomowoc. We moved here in Mid-February and it instantly felt like home. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Lots of closet space and large rooms. The property owner, property manager and all the maintenance guys are so friendly and helpful. We had a few things that needed to be replaced after we moved in, the maintenance guys were quick and efficient and didn't leave a mess. ...Everyone one that we've met are friendly in the building and its so quite. central Heat/AC, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, in-unit laundry, balcony and large rooms are some of the best features. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice quiet affordable place to call home. We are so glad we found this place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 3, 2016This is the best rental unit I have ever lived in. The onsite manger is awesome! Service is prompt if needed for fixing anything. Our calls are returned the same day! Units are spacious, clean, beautiful. location is awesome! Offsite manager is professional and provides excellent service! I recommend that all my family and friends join us here! August 4, 2015Great neighborhood, walking distance to practically all you need, safe, and away from major roads while within 2 miles of the freeway. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air, underground parking, washer and dryer in unit for under $1,000 a month in Lake Country! Really have no complaints other than small fix-it needs, like deck railing repairs that I'm sure will be taken care of.Review from Apartments.com
