These apartments are horrible
August 6, 2017I been living here for 2 years ever since these new people came in took over I have had the worst experience here. they don't like to fix anything. They tell you to call the 1800 number to report a maintenance issue but nobody never comes. You will have to go to the office to literally fuss to get somebody to come out and when they do come they have do the job. I would not recommend ANYONE to move here !Property Manager Responded

Horrible Apartment complex
May 27, 2017I've been living in the Whitney Apartments for about 2 months now & id have to say it has been an overall horrible experience Our AC has been out since yesterday it's 95 degrees in my apartment & we can't get anyone to come out & fix it and the office is closed for the next four days the emergency hotline is NO HELP whatsoever , the Shower head was broken for 3 weeks until someone came out to fix it . Had electricity problems for about a month in a half which cause my light bill to be $300.00 , ...Mold around the tub and the floor along the tub is literally sinking. The deadbolt was broke for atleast a month till it was fixed . Run FAR AWAY from these apartments it is not worth the money.Property Manager Responded

This apartment complex is a joke
August 1, 2014I viewed this complex on the internet a few weeks prior to moving to New Orleans. The pictures showed a newly renovated complex with very nice apartments. Upon arrival the complex was dirty and the apartments were disgusting. The apartment I had just leased was not cleaned and was falling apart.
