So far so good
June 19, 2024I had a maintence request and the property manager answer quick and had someone from Saucedo mantence team come out and fix my issue. They are very communicative so far i am pleased with the experience The outside environment is very noisy, but that has nothing to do with the actual property. Awful management and bug infestation
March 15, 2017I have been living in this apartment complex for two years and have had nothing but issues with bugs as well as the owner. When I first moved here I was told by the original owners that this was a bug free apartment with street parking. However the previous owners upon moving were muttering a lot about bugs in the apartmenr, this is where I should have been weary, but shrugged it off. The first few months were fine. We had no issues with bugs. We were failed to be told that parking is only hour ...parking unless you're willing to circle the block a few hours to find all day parking or pay a ticket $68. After a few months is when we started to notice the cockroaches crawling from the power outlets. As gross as it was it wasn't something that I thought would get out of control with the help of bug traps. The original managers ended up selling the apartment to a new person a few months into our lease. The first impressions were extremely rude but again nothing I thought I couldn't handle. As time has gone on I am now living in an apartment where the floor under my refridgerator is moving from the amount of cockroached getting in through the outlets, a manager who barges in unannounced without any notice, and constantly getting bit by bed bugs. We have had our rent illegally raised without a written notice, we have had the front locks changed and forced to pay a fee without receiving a notice, we have had to step around puddles of vomit from other tenants that have sat there for days, on top of the bugs that keep eating me alive. Take some advice and find a better apartment that fumigates the apartments for bugs opposed to bombing them and hoping the problem goes away with landlords that abide by the law.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
