I've loved living here for the last month. The community is great and the management staff are some of the most kind and helpful people I've ever met. The building is super clean, safe, and calm. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a new home.

I truly have enjoyed living here the past 3 weeks. I found Wilco on Zillow. All communication was done virtually as I was on the east coast. I moved in site u seen and everything was as pictured online! It smells great In the building. Truly appreciate the dog park and all the amenities. I am very pleased with my apt. Very spacious for a studio!

Wilco is awesome. A real hidden gem with full concrete bones, so noise is relatively minimal. Staff is awesome and friendly. The 800 sq ft 1 BR is a very unique and open floorplan with floor to ceiling windows, which is very adaptable and great for plants.
