Great place to live, but has poor management
October 1, 2023Getting a lease here is stressful, unorganized, and a horrible experience. Management is very unorganized, has poor communication, and everything is through a third party. You have to use two other websites to apply, if you have questions you can’t even contact those companies. Even with previous renters history, making enough income, & great credit I still wasn’t approved. Not only that but the process to get a guarantor was beyond stressful and exhausting. Cost nearly $1000 just to sign a ...lease and there are several hidden charges.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Staff and Service
January 27, 2021Ashley and Ed are very knowledgeable and friendly a great pleasure to visit with them. In addition, the service requests are responded to promptly even during holiday. I had a broken aerator on the kitchen faucet marked low priority. Even though it was a holiday, the repair appeared the same day. I was pleasantly surprised when he knocked on my door. BTW: The manager, Laura, makes some delicious meatballs for movie nights.Review from Apartments.com

NO HOT WATER!!!!
December 10, 2015Do you enjoy hot water with your shower? If you answered "Yes", Do Not Move Here! I lived there for 5 months before they decided that my need for hot water was beyond their capability to provide, and they "allowed" me to terminate the lease. During my first 30 days at Wildwood, I was without hot water for 8 days. At one point, for 5 consecutive days. After that, whenever they would decide to shut off your hot water, they would leave a note on your door. The note would say that if you felt the ...need to take a shower, the management would make available and empty apartment for you to take a shower in. Yes, they actually did that.
