Nice place with helpful staff
April 17, 2026I’ve been here about six months now and overall it’s been a good experience. The staff has been helpful whenever I’ve needed something. Traci in the office answered all my questions when I first moved in. Maintenance was quick too, I put in a request and they came the same day. I also notice the cleaning lady is always out keeping things clean which I appreciate. It’s also very close to downtown Salem, which is really convenient. Great place to live
April 10, 2026I live in an apartment that overlooks a beautiful pine tree. It makes me so happy. These apartments have gone through a major overhaul. New management, new on-site managers, full time on-site maintenance personnel and full time housekeepers keeping the property clean and attractive. Employees respond to every phone call, every email and the office door is always open! It’s a new day! There are a lot of units being “turned” with new flooring and appliances. The laundry rooms are kept ...spotless and smell like lavender. Plenty of parking for everyone. And security patrols through the night 24/7. The new on-site managers are excellent! Pets are allowed. These vintage units are quaint, charming and one is my home. I love it here. The pool has been remodeled and will open soon. I will be the first one there. It feels great after work.
