had to deal myself with cabinets
March 14, 2025Wow! where do I begin? Not what I expected at all. I'm here 4 days and still haven't unpacked my things. Everyday has something to be fixed or "patched". Awful experience
January 3, 2024They will win you over with treating you like you're important for the first day, but once you're moved expect it to go downhill fast. The mail, trash, and water issues plague this community. You will constantly be fighting an uphill battle with all of these. Maintenance and their unwillingness to do anything for you is an entire other problem that is the forefront of this complex's many problems. Ive lived in my share of rental communities in the area: most have had very poor management, gate was broken for weeks at a time, and staff seemed like they just didnt care about anything. No longer a good choice
October 9, 2020Started out as a good place to live. The management placed a large family with small child right above me and everything changed. Most times management tries to make better placements of tenants to avoid these type of problems but they did not care. From the first day, there is noise all day and half the night, stomping, banging, junk and trash outside, loud music on the weekend. Management has been totally non responsive. It should be obvious since I had never made a complaint for over a year ...until the change. Their response is there is nothing they can do about people walking around (like I don't know the difference between walking and mayhem all day).
