The kitchen cabinets are old, painted over and over to hide the smell of mildew and old. The dishwasher can't believe it that they think it can be used. The air duct?

The mail, trash, and water issues plague this community. You will constantly be fighting an uphill battle with all of these. Maintenance and their unwillingness to do anything for you is an entire other problem that is the forefront of this complex's many problems. And the security gate works 99.9% of the time! Ive lived in my share of rental communities in the area: most have had very poor management, gate was broken for weeks at a time, and staff seemed like they just didnt care about anything. This is an older complex but by far the best and most well run. Very happy living here and highly recommend.

Most times management tries to make better placements of tenants to avoid these type of problems but they did not care. From the first day, there is noise all day and half the night, stomping, banging, junk and trash outside, loud music on the weekend. Management has been totally non responsive. It should be obvious since I had never made a complaint for over a year ...until the change. Their response is there is nothing they can do about people walking around (like I don't know the difference between walking and mayhem all day). Worse since I work from home and have to endure it all day. Don't move her if you are looking for peace and quiet!Read More
