Mi experiencia.
November 20, 2021Empiezo comentando que llevo solo 5 meses en este complejo de apartamentos. Me mude para acá con la ilusión de estar en un mejor apartamento y con seguridad las 24 horas. Este complejo de apartamentos es muy bonito y siempre está limpio y los de seguridad pasan frecuentemente por los alrededores, no tengo problemas con esto. Estoy realmente molesto porque yo alquilé un apartamento “remodelado” que por supuesto vale más caro, pensando en un bienestar para mi familia, pero estaba lejos de la ...realidad. Para no ser extenso, comento que ya los de mantenimiento han venido a mi apartamento más de 10 veces por diferentes roturas y tupiciones, la última vez, entraron 4 de mantenimiento desde las 2:00pm hasta las 6:00pm con sus maquinarias y no pudieron resolver el problema, así que no me dejaron el comprobante de haber terminado el servicio, al siguiente día vinieron dos plomeros y en media hora lo repararon, pero pasada una semana, hoy 11-20-2021, está tapado otra vez, siendo esta la 3ra vez que se tapa el fregadero de la cocina y tengo de nuevo agua por todo el piso de la cocina y parte de la sala . Hace como un mes me robaron la bicicleta del patio, lo notificamos a Booking office y a seguridad dos veces, además pedí que revisaran las cámaras y nunca tuve respuestas. Por esta razón compre cámaras de seguridad y las puse en mi apartamento. Desde que nos mudamos, casi a diario sentimos una fuerte y desagradable peste a humo de cigarros dentro del baño y tengo que encender el extractor varias veces para que se vaya esa peste, ya lo informé pero sigue todo igual. Otras cosas: Piso roto, problemas con el agua caliente y la presión del agua. Además tuve que sacudir un poco la parte donde va puesto el filtro de A/C porque que estaba antihigiénico y con polvo, es vergonzoso que entreguen un apartamento “remodelado” con esa suciedad por dentro de ese conducto del aire que tenemos que respirar, lo pude mirar mejor a través de un video que pude grabar. Hormigas grandes que entran por debajo de la puerta y por una pared de la sala. Si en realidad hay respeto por los afectados, pido que hagan algo, pues yo sigo pagando mi renta en tiempo pero no veo el mismo interés por la parte administrativa. GraciasProperty Manager Responded

September 6, 2015The good: Willow creek is conveniently located near Crespo Elementary,an exemplary fine arts magnet program. It's within walking distance! The people in this complex are predominately Hispanic and have families and are generally nice people. I have lived in this complex over 5 years and have had no issues with any of tenants. There is a convenience store in the complex, and a place to pay utilities. The apartment management makes great effort to build community by celebrating holiday and ...creating events for the community. The not so great: I will say that the maintenance in the laundry rooms is shabby. The machines are constantly in need of repair. There is a lot of strays around the complex as well. The business hours of operation do not start until after 10am so if you work during the day it may be difficult to schedule maintenance or to speak to someone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
