Rip Off
January 11, 2020Recently this property was purchased by a new owner who increased rents by as much as 30%, even for long-term tenants. Further, be prepared to pay an additional $100 for the property’s water, sewer, and trash services every month. Many tenants are moving out, which is sad, because the community used to be very nice. Also, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, really annoying especially with the extra fees and inflated rent we all pay.Review from Apartments.com
