I just moved here. My unit is nice however, I more repairs needed and it's only been a week. The management is has no sense of urgency. Hopefully during my time a willow lakes apartment homes My stay will get better.

I been a resident here @ willow lake apartment homes since 2019 since I have lived here the only complaint I have is that there should be some type of cameras on the property or the buildings should have some type of key only access to the building(meaning the only way you get in the building is with a key or key card). Although there is a package hub on the property some packages are still being left at front doors and being stolen..

For the past year the laundry facilities have been subpar in my building. I’ve put in multiple tickets with the vendor, spoke with property staff to no avail. For the last month the washers have been full of water. I have even tried washing clothes in other buildings just for their dryers to be subpar. I am at my wits end and have decided this will be my last lease renewal here unless something changes.
