Without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived.
April 20, 2021My expectations were already pretty low since the rent was the cheapest in the area so just know you get what you pay for. Just some things to expect if you're thinking of living here: - Dog poop all over the place. - Trash left in the hallways and all over the street. - The smell of weed around the entire neighborhood (although that may not be such a turn off to some) - Hearing every little thing from the neighbors including music blasting late at night and early in the morning. - Gunshots in ...the middle of the night - Frequent visits from the police As far as move out goes: - They will force you to have the carpets cleaned and suggest you use their recommended company...then charge you to replace the carpets anyway (which they planned to do regardless especially if you have a pet) - Attempt to charge you for not painting after patching up small holes. FYI they will paint the unit regardless. I did get this charge dropped after going around in circles with one of the apartment managers. - Charge you a cleaning fee even if you have it cleaner than it was when you moved in (which it was). - in two years of living there (surprisingly) I never had any issue with vandalism. In the 3 days I was gone from the unit while cleaning it, someone tore the exterior screen which I was then charged for. - Disregard any disputes you have regarding their charges and just send you to collections. If you're in a bind and can't afford something better, this is the place to live but know you are definitely getting what you pay for. If you care even a small amount about your living conditions and having good, honest management, avoid this place at all costs.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2019We are living here since 2yrs...this will be our 3rd year. We are very happy with the community...be the office people or the maintenance guys, they are very friendly and helpful. They hold many events that are resident friendly. Yes we love the pool...Property Manager Responded

Document before moving in
September 1, 2017I give one star because they completely did me wrong. They didn't want to return my deposit because of "damage fees." Honestly, I don't care for the money they took. It's the fact that a corporation just wants to steal from people!! #1, keep the money. You clearly need it more than I do. #2, prior to moving in I mentioned certain areas were dirty or old looking. I was assured that they are aware this is an older apt and assured me I wouldn't be charged for anything. Well, my stupid mistake. I ...wish I documented and took pictures before moving in! So I suggest you do that before signing any papers. I'm a clean freak, and I promise you I left that place cleaner than when I moved in. Was there for 7mos and they swear I was able to dirty that place haha funny people. It's not dirty!! It's called an old building! so I hope you use these "damage fees" you steal from people and do some major upgrades! Glad I never have to rent again :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
didn't expect this
August 21, 2015It is a very quiet area but I wish it was bigger .I would like to move somewhere with more space and less insects . yes I said insects feel like I'm living in a motel sometimes.for the price I'm paying I should be in a nicer place.i am always hearing the neighbors the walls are thin.I even can hear the water running when the guy upstairs take a shower.on the plus side the staff is really friendly and helpful.Review from Apartments.com
