Geese Poop all over, unhealthy, not safe locality
April 25, 2022This place is a geese magnet and you will see only geese poop all over. There is hardly any maintenance and the locality is unsafe, not secure. Lot of bicycles have been stolen. Even multiple car break-ins have occurred. Stay away!Review from Apartments.com
Willow Springs Apartments
July 21, 2015I have been living at Willow Springs Apartments for over 2 years. It has always been a wonderful experience. The property is in the normal rent range of $2000 - $2500 per month. The property has spacious 1Bed, 2Bed apartments with ample storage space, car parking, gym with TV, swimming pool, jacuzzi and small reading area. All the common areas like gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and reading area are wifi enabled. The apartments are spacious, well maintained and each unit sports a fire place, room ...heaters and a spacious balcony with pond view. The management is very helpful in resolving in the issues. The neighbors are very friendly and feels like a small community. The property is near by to Maywood Park. The down sides however are there are no businesses nearby which means that you will have to drive to the nearest outlet to buy stuff. And the management which stopped 1 year leases for the existing residents with normal increments. The default lease option allowed is 6 month with regular 9-10% increment in rent. However 1 year leases are allowed if tenant is willing to pay the rent at 15% or more. Overall, the place is good to stay except for the lack of 1 year leases.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
