It's pretty good there are a lot of bugs but tolerable people and good amenities there's a gym you can use for free for being a resident and a garbage disposal right across the street. Convenient.

Place is good but old. Because of the age of the property, there are rats and mould in the apartments. Sewage charge is the biggest non sense as it accounts for more in utilities bill.

It’s fine. I understand that when I moved into this unit, it was going to have some problems. I just wished that some neighbors were more considerate about other people schedules. Client hours are from 10 to 5 typically but some neighbors take that as a suggestion.

Locality is good. Gym is also upto the mark. It will be good if a club house or business room is installed. Overall experience is really good.

I had to go into the office and talk to the manager Ahatie she was so nice. I have been living here for 5 years and she has been the nicest manger so far. I can tell she cares about her residents. I will renew for another year because of her and the new management company RAM!!
