You get what you pay for
January 18, 2022Rent is the cheapest in the area but for a reason. The property manager walks in your apartment without permission, and if you plan a specific time for him to come he will completely ignore that and come whenever he feels like it. If you're not home he will just let himself in with his own key. The roaches are terrible and there are rats in the larger building by the dumpster so don't agree to an apartment over there. Good luck getting anything looked at or fixed because you will be disregarded ...until whatever it is is so broken that they have to replace it immediately. But honestly other than that if you're in a bind and need a cheap place it's solid enough to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
