I have lived at Willowbend Apartments since July 2023, and I recently renewed my lease again because I absolutely love living here! The community is clean and well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Since Greystar took over the property, they have offered great resident incentives, including an excellent referral bonus. The amenities are another major benefit--two fitness centers, swimming pools, and a business center.
The location is extremely convenient. Although Willowbend is located near FM 1960, it is not directly on the busy roadway. The community is close to IAH Airport, Highway 59 North, the Hardy Toll Road, Beltway 8, Deerbrook Mall, Kingwood, and New Caney. There are also plenty of nearby shopping and dining options, including Trader Joe's, Sprouts, H-E-B Northpark, and numerous restaurants.
The management team is exceptional. Cindy and Sheree consistently address questions or concerns with professionalism and genuine care for the property and its residents. It is also always a pleasure working with Karen. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and sincerely committed to maintaining a positive community. The maintenance team is equally dependable and works quickly to resolve issues.
Willowbend is a great place to live--especially for professionals and residents who value a clean, welcoming, peaceful, and fun community. I am very happy to call Willowbend home and highly recommend it!
