Great place to live
January 8, 2024I moved in here from California a little over a month ago... 1. Location: right across the street from downtown summerlin. I don't drive and I chose Willowbrook mostly for this reason but it's even better than I thought. I can't stress how convenient it is to have everything so close. 2. The community: the property is beautiful. The amenities are very well maintained and there's lots of grassy areas for a dog to play. So far, I've met really nice neighbors and everyone I've asked has been ...really happy with their experience living here. 3. Office staff: they are GREAT!!!! They helped make my move alot easier and they've responded to every request I have quickly. Everyone is very friendly and approachable...it doesn't end after you sign the lease. Since living here, I've needed their help with so many things and, no matter who answers the phone, I know that my issue will be resolved. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced and I'm so thankful for making my transition to NV a smooth one. 3. Maintenance: Zaul and Christian are awesome. I've needed a few things tweaked and/or replaced and, between the two of them, things get done really fast. With such a big property, I thought that I'd have to deal with long delays waiting for my service requests but that hasn't been the case. Both Zaul and Christian are awesome and qualified guys. So far, living here has been great. I'm glad I chose Willowbrook and I plan on staying for a while. In my opinion, it's the best property in the area.Property Manager Responded

Great location - horrible management
June 17, 2018Lived there for 18 months, loved the location in Summerlin and my apartment. Somewhat outdated inside and while they insisted the carpet was new you could tell it had recently been cleaned. Issues - homeless sleeping in cars in parking lot. Masses amount of dog waste everywhere. There were break ins pretty often and the office does not notify the tenants (and your insurance won’t cover). Slow to respond to maintenance issues which needed to be reported multiple times. The main pool looks nice ...from outside the gate but there s plenty of stuff floating in the water. The “heated” is not heated. Reported beer bottles in the jacuzzi and they sat there for 3 days. The office staff with the exception of Keyanna are clueless. I have moved out and they are charging me to replace the carpet. In 40 years of renting I’ve never had to pay for a carpet to be replaced. They showed me pictures that they say are from my apartment but there is no way they are. There are urine stains on the pad under the carpet. My dogs have never peed in the house, not even accidental before or since I’ve moved. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place so I’m going to pay but go somewhere else. Not Luxury Living.
July 31, 2017This is not luxury living as their site suggests! Prior to moving here there was about a 21 day gap from the time the previous tenants moved out so that maintenance could complete all work in the unit as necessary. We chose the 3 Bedroom town homes thinking that they would be better than the apartments, but they are not. Also....Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, and lots of other insects. Upon arrival to pick up the keys to move in we were told that we had to wait almost 2 hours to move in while ...maintenance finishes up. After we were given the keys i inspected the unit and wrote down a long list of items that needed to be fixed by maintenance. July 24, 2015Location! Location! It is located in Summerlin, a very prestigious community, where everything is at a short distance. It is walking distance to the Mall and Red Rock Resort and has easy access to the highways. The townhouse has a great living space, an attached garage, and a front porch. It has great amenities and wonderful views of the mountain; it feels like you are always in vacation. The common areas are well maintained, the staff are helpful and courteous, has a large courtyard with a ...pool, lounging and dining areas. August 26, 2015The apartment for the most part is pleasant to live in, the service from the leasing agents and front office is good. The only complaints I have is that the main pool gets a lot of leaves from the surrounding tree's in it which is bothersome when swimming. August 25, 2015This Townhome/ Apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. It feels like my old neighborhood I used to grow up in. Like I said in the title, 'Family Orientated,' befits the name precisely. With two pools, one being a private pool and the commodities like: playroom and gym, this area has a beautiful homey feel.
