Worst rental company
March 5, 2024Do not waste your time renting here. This company doesn't care about the tenants they have. All they care about is the money they collect. The managers at the willowick office are useless. All they do is talk and babysit kids at the office. Not doing anything to help their tenants with the issues they have at their unit or complex. Im still waiting for the money they owe me. No one calls you back and I have proof that they owe me this money. But still no one calls you back and I'm sure I won't ...see my money. It’s a fine apartment
June 7, 2022It’s in a safe area- pipes are loud- must be ok with the smell of weed at all hours- communication around rent payment is awful (they gave a written warning that we didn’t pay when we had our receipt)- I’ve lived here for two years and i would move back here when I come back to WIReview from Apartments.com

The location is fantastic, right next to Southridge Mall and many restaurants and stores. The office staff seems very helpful if you have any questions. August 16, 2015Our apartment complex is a great place for a family. We have a outdoor pool and a indoor pool. There is also a workout room with treadmills, weights, and eliptical machines. There is assigned parking for each apartment. Heat is included and there are cable hook ups in each room for tvs.Review from Apartments.com
