The apartment was worked on long hours to get it ready for my daughter and I. It was VERY clean, new floors, windows, spacious. Nice quiet place to live
April 16, 2019Just moved in a month ago and I love it. It’s a smaller community and very quiet. The office and maintenance stuff are friendly and always helpful. The Common areas are kept very clean. When family and friends visit they are always saying how clean and quiet it is here. Looking forward to the pool and cookout are this summer. Management keeps the building very clean and decently updated. The only complaints I have is how often the pool is closed, and the trash and laundry room room are locked at 9pm every night. Good, but not great
August 20, 2015While fairly affordable, there are defiantly better deals out there, but none match the convenience of location for this place. Ideal for the East sider that likes to go downtown or to Mentor Mall for shopping. The building itself is a little dinghy, but there are worse places out there, to be certain.
