Poor management find a company local not Rochester NY
July 13, 2020The apartment was nice, but we had issues with the property manager. We were calling day after day to get into an apartment by July 6th last year. We were told that the property manager was away on her honeymoon and she was the only one that could take care of it. She called us July 3rd and said that we could move in July 6th but because it was a hassle on her end we'd have to pay from July 1st. She also told us originally that all the appliances and carpet were new. The fridge broke on us and ...the carpets were stained. Lastly I found out from the maintainence crew that they typically finish and paint the garage. This was not done. All in all although a nice apartment find a company that is local and kind not one who has a terrible property management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Location, Affordable Rent
September 27, 2015Willowood Village, located in Erie PA is by far the nicest (and most affordable) place to live in town. The townhouse-style apartments offer a lot of room for families, and are closely located to several colleges. This makes it easy for students to get around, and the rent is easy on the wallet. The entire complex is beautiful and located in a very safe area of town. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, young or old!Review from Apartments.com
