Paris and Sheldon was so helpful and sweet! They were very knowledgeable about the property and honest. The space was very clean and it’s tucked away off the main street so very quiet!

The word luxury has lost all meaning these days. Theres an overwhelming amount of fees for nonexistent or underwhelming product. There’s no parking ever, the gym is terrible and a big reason we signed the lease was because of the staff telling us of their plans to completely renovate it in two months after we signed. That was almost two years ago and nothing has changed. Unless something changes I don’t know if I plan to renew. Valet trash does not run on weekends and since that’s when most ...
people have the most trash, it almost defeats the purpose, and when it does come, it’s never at a consistent time. I’ve had bugs in the apartment and the police are here more often than I’d like them to be. The staff is inconsistent and hard to get in touch with due to the constant turnover so it’s hard to judge them fairly. I have faith they can get better but as of now, not pleased. I hope things can turnaround and I’m positive they can.

The price of the rent is reasonable, but you will have to consider things such as the apartment itself. I wouldn't personally consider it luxury, but if you are okay with a average apartment and a younger crowd and what that experience brings, then its okay.

I couldnt be more pleased with the complex overall! I love the location, all the updates appliances and overall look of the complex and our new home! It appears everything is well maintained and that truly makes all the difference to me! The staff is so friendly and attentive! Jody has been the biggest help! I dont know what wed do without her! She made our overall experience at Willows such a joy! Im very pleased with our decision to stay here! I hope it remains this way!

Dale and the maintenance team is such a blessing to have on side they always go above and beyond to help around the willow community they are always so kind and they stay very busy. The community manager Alexandra is also so kind and always very helpful she is always willing to listen to any concerns and questions about the property overall the willow at university is a really place to reside

I am on the property 6 days a week as a mail carrier . I must say Angie and Alexandra are the best !!! And now their new addition Jody as well ... they are a great team !!! They are so nice and helpful with anything I need in servicing their residents . The property is so clean and well maintained. Maintenance crew is also great and super helpful with anything I’ve ever needed help with. They truly make my day easier . If your are looking for something in this area they are who to go with !!! ...
