Rent is overly priced for run down units. Amenities aren’t even amenities. Laundromat machines are always dirty or broken. Only upside to these apartments is location.

We enjoy living here so far! The community is peaceful and quiet, management is extremely helpful, and the general area is very safe and calm. The apartment is spacious and meets our needs. The downside we faced upon moving in was the condition of the apartment - it was very dirty, and there was a lot to clean. A lot of problems, things broken, as well. We spent weeks doing a deep clean and are technically still not done. However, we like it overall and are happy to be living here.

The community is peaceful, lots of greenery especially in our patio. The services that me and my husband request get fixed as soon as possible. Overall, a pretty good apartment complex to live in.

You get what you pay for it not the beta not the worst. the best part is the neighborhood and it’s quiet. The buildings are old and a bit outdated but they are starting to update things.
