Stay away
December 5, 2018If you are looking for reasonable rent and are willing to endure unattended maintenance issues, even emergencies, then this is the place for you.If you have a maintenance problem or emergency don’t expect to have it fixed the same day or even the same week. A/C problem? You’ll have to wait for whatever day of the week they can have an A/C company out. If that day already passed that week, you’ll have to wait for the following week and hope they can fix the same day or you’ll have to wait for ...the next week, again, for them to come back with the part and then hope the part they bring fixes the problem and the a/c will stay working. If you have plumbing problems that doesn’t involve a flood (property damage is an emergency for them of course), you’ll have to wait for them to call a plumber and then wait days. If there is no hot water because the boiler to the bldg needs to be fixed, you’ll have to wait days for them to get a company out. The boiler issue happens several times a year regardless of the season, learn to take freezing showers if you still decide to move in. If you have bugs (roaches) and need to get them to fumigate, they will put you on the schedule but be prepared to keep having the roaches around for a while because they will need to return several times before you are bug free. The laundry room always has multiple machines broken so don’t plan on doing laundry on a weekend because the shortage of machines will make it very difficult to do your loads. Plan on a weekday or just go to a laundromat. Horrible maintenance response time since they don’t have on staff handymen that can fix anything that would require a trade license (electrical, cooling, heating, plumbing) and indifferent staff that is constantly changing.Property Manager Responded
December 6, 2018Good Afternoon, I am so sorry that you are having continued issues at your home. I would love to assist you with your problems, and hopefully resolve whatever issue you have on-going. We have weekly pest control on site to handle issues, and we respond to maintenance requests in the order that they are received or by emergency status. If a resident has a pest issue, we do have our pest control company make multiple visits to ensure the issue is resolved. Pest issues are not resolved in one trip, and we do quarterly inspections as well to try to prevent any issues that residents may have that they have not have notified management. We do not charge for this service, we simply offer it to support and assist in keeping our homes as pest free as we can. Our maintenance team do troubleshoot basic issues with HVAC, but we rely on a certified and licensed vendor to take care of major issues so that we can ensure the job is done properly. At this point I have not spoken to you regarding ...your issues, but am happy to work with you. December 24, 2017Property manager is very rude and disrespectful. I have lived here for about 9 years. Office is very unsafe if you have mail that's delivered to the office, the office is broken twice and residents lost their staff. It's becoming unsafe living there, my apt was attempted to be broken once while I was inside. My neighbor was robbed once as well.Property Manager Responded
January 16, 2018Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and being a long standing resident. During the holiday season our office and mailroom were broken into with the attempt to take packages. We do as a curtsey hold packages in the office when residents are not home to receive them and we also urge resident to pick up packages as soon as possible. We do have a nightly security patrol from a outside company and Arapahoe sheriffs also patrol our communities to try and cut down on situations like this. Ripoff at apartment
June 20, 2017I was living in Timberline apartments for 3 years. back on june 6th 2017 . I was arrested spent two days in the county Jail in Arapahoe County. When was released two days later My TV and My Sound System was missing. I BLAME MAINTENANCE FOR THE MISSING ITEMS HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED AND ASKED ABOUT THE MISSING ITEMS REPORTING TO POLICE A JOKE WATCH YOURSELF WHILE LIVING THERE. BOTTOM FLOOR YOU HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBOR ABOVE DOES. MAINTENANCE ARE THIEFS AND LIARSProperty Manager Responded

Timberline Apartments
September 21, 2015We moved here back in February. Although the rent is decently priced we have noticed a lot of things in our apartment falling apart.There was a bit of a pest problem that took a few months to fix when we first moved in and there are some unsavory characters and kids that roam the property.Although we do like the school and school district our daughter goes to.Property Manager Responded

3 timberline Apts
August 24, 2015I've been living in my apt since 2009 .I really want to move but can't afford it.Being single parent and work hard for my money but hard to save money if you live paycheck to paycheck.They complex won't upgrade anything in my apt.but other apts upgraded its crazy .I ask but say no .I'm a loyal tenent I think they be loyal too. IF I would win rent for a year ok would go back to school better my self and save money for my son and daughter college.Thanks have a blessed day.Review from Apartments.com
