Right outside of downtown Tosa, this apartment complex is in a fantastic location for a great price. I live in the 2bed 2bath apt and it’s very spacious and has up to date appliances. The Landlord/Property Manager is extremely friendly and is always on top of things. Definitely give this place a look!

I've recently been on the hunt for a new apartment. I knew I wanted to be around the Wauwatosa area as it has great restaurants, parks, and other amenities close by, but also has easy access to the interstate to get to where you need to go.
Compared to other apartment complexes and communities I've toured, Wilshire Manor seemed to be well taken care of. Which, anyone who has hunted for an apartment recently, knows that is not always the case.
A big thing for me is the smell of the building. ...
Often, there's foul odors, but there wasn't any of that here.
From what I could hear, it seemed to be relatively quite as well, which can be difficult to achieve with the larger apartment buildings.
Overall, it was better than most of what I have seen. It's certainly worth taking a look at if you're considering a move.

The manager is awesome always there if something is needed. The location is great walking distance to the village for shopping, eating at the many restaurants. Hart Park is walking distance. The building is updated and clean.

Wilshire Manor is a wonderful place to live! The units are quite spacious, and the noise level is low. The entrance and hallway areas are kept very clean, and maintenance is attentive. The property manager is so kind and is great at what she does. The property is conveniently located, and I feel very safe living here.
